Menemen

Menemen turk nonushta dasturhoning ajralmas taomlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Tayyorlanishi unchalik qiyin bo’lmasa ham dasturhonda menemen bor degani, nonushta ziyofatga aylandi degani. Mimoza tuxumi

Ovqat qilishni umuman bilmaydigan odam ham hech bo’lmaganda tuxum pishirishni biladi menimcha, bir tanishim “ovqat qilishni bilmayman lekin 99 xil tuhum pishirishni bilaman” degandi xazil bilan.
